Easy to put together. Took me maybe 15 min and I’m not mechanically inclined. But the real benefit of this is that it actually works. I’m 6’3” 200lbs and have no problem fitting on it with my size. You look crazy if using it but your abs will thank you later. It’s compact, has not broken or wobbled after thousands of reps. Definitely worth the money.

I love this. Use it ALL THE TIME...I try to do atleast 50 a day.. and let me tell you....you feel the burn. Has a calorie counter and a counter that shows how many you've done. Took me 3 min to put together when I got it

I like how lightweight and easy this machine is to use yet you really feel that core getting more tone after the first 2 weeks of somewhat regular use. I like how I can keep it folded against the wall, simple pull out the pin and re-insert in the lock slot and you are good to go. Me and my daughters can all set it up easily from folded and they are 11 and 13.
