Got my order today and surprised how light the package was when it came. I was expecting heavier one. Easy setup but not sure how long this machine will last. It’s a bit wobbly and I’m only 5’4”, 150 pounds. Just hope this will last a while.

I love this machine! It was so easy to use and easy to put together. It works the entire core and i love that your own body weight is your resistance!

The sloped design takes the stress off my neck which the non-sloped version was causing. This one lets me work my abs better. I really like it!

It’s a great machine for anyone trying workout their abs. I strongly recommend buying it for the price. It’s easy to assemble, only took me about 15 minutes to do. The machine does help tone the abdominal muscles, but it can also help with increasing grip strength.

It is very good for a small guy like me as 5'5" BUT for a bigger guy around 5'9" and up bad. For the result don't have yet BUT you will feel burn in your abdominal area meaning it's working.

I like that it is easy to assemble, lightweight to move around the house, and compact for easy storage. What I don't like is that it is hard on the knees and it's an intense workout. 😳 I can do only maybe 2 or 3 at a time
