I have been a long-time SanDisk user I had been a loyal “S” and “W” user until I started losing Data. Made the switch and haven’t looked back!

Great Speed and not too much heat, running on my Mac Mini M1. Form factor is a bit smaller than even expected, cute and manageable. However, the included cable is Way Too Short, risking torque on a USB-C port when trying to arrange the cable to not be right up against the adjacent HDMI cable - so be gentle... The included cable should be 2" to 4" inches longer - PLEASE :) And, to upgrade the Great Design of the casing - add a 1" flip down leg, for the option to raise the unit at one end - for more air flow and less heat. Having it sit flat on top of a machine makes it prone to getting hotter during large transfers, and thus could reduce lifespan.

once I set password on my MacBook I can't open this SSD from my iPad, I have to disable password first and only if ssd is unlocked I can use it on iPad, what is point of using ssd without password?????, I should be able to set password and open it ad use it from any device with same password including MacBook, iPad, iPhone, windows, android......

disk failed within 6 months of use. Now the disc doesnt even detect in windows. poor quality

Product died within 4 months of purchase. For an SSD this is a terrible life span.
