the power supply stopped charging the I pad had to go to direct outlet to charge with the I-pad and phone

Did not include a power cord..

We bought this charging tower a year ago and it worked fine for a few months. Within 6 months, 2 ports stopped working and now a 3rd port has stopped. If I knew this would malfunction within the first year, I wouldn’t have bought it.

It takes forever to charge an iPhone 7+. I just use it for items where time is not of the essence. I'm disappointed.

No weight to product. Very small. Tips over with 2-3 devices connected
