I was really disappointed in this product. It was cheap feeling and had no weight to it. Most importantly, it charged my iPhone SLOWLY. I plugged in my iPhone XS with an original Apple cable and had nothing else connected besides the power cable, and was really surprised at how my phone battery increased by only a fraction of what I expected.

Poorly made cheap product that doesn’t last long

Worked fine for a few months - then started working intermittently and then not at all.

Wasn't charging fast when I received it then half of it went out and is now not usable.

Works ok but has a high-pitched whine/buzz continuously. Had to move it to a room I don’t use often. Would not buy again or recommend because of this annoying sound.

Two of the ports don't work anymore. Cheap.

Does not seem to charge the devices very quickly. I have had my LG flex Curve 2 on it over night and it did not charge completely.

Doesn't have rapid charging, which is the only reason I purchased it was for that feature.

Power cord does not stay in tight enough to keep a charge
