I bought 2 of these. The first one stopped working after 6 weeks. The second one is still working. But of course it's after the 30 day amazon return window. Grrr.

It works, but the tower was not put together well. The insertion windows don't quite line up with the electronic ports. I would send it back, but I'm lazy. And it does work.

Was easy to use and had great charging power, but then it just stopped working entirely, without provocation, after having it for a little over a month. I never even used all the charge ports at once...charged maximum of 2 items at a time. Very disappointing.

This product did not include charging cables. I don't appreciate having to procure them separately

Had purchased 3 units previously and needed another. The first unit, started smoking 30mins after being plugged in. The second unit would not power on for no longer than an hour then shut off. Ending up purchasing another unit by a different manufacturer.

Things are hard to plug in. Also the LED light on it is ridiculously bright. It’s lights up my whole room unfortunately.

Great idea and color but does not work well. As soon as you start charging something it makes a awful sound. Can’t use at night as the blue lights are too bright and the humming sound is too loud when in use :(

One of the 6 ports has not worked since I got this charger. Since I only need 4 or 5 working ports an any time I decided not to return for a refund. It seems that testing and or quality control is not a priority for this company.

I really enjoy this tower charger. 1. It's pretty. 😁 2. I could get rid of the extension cord I had to use previously and all the bulky charger parts. I knocked off 1 star because the charging speed is half as fast as my normal Galaxy charger. *Edited to add* 4 months in and it does not work anymore. Just stopped charging yesterday. Super disappointed.

Works fine but way to light weight, falls off table constantly because the wires are much heavier than the port. It does what it’s supposed to but I wouldn’t buy again, would get something with heft
