This item has not been able to support a severe cold, we are pushing clear liquids and steam instead to loosen phlegm and ease congestion.

I felt like medicine from Dollar Tree was more effective than this. Not worth $13.

I personally wouldn't recommend it for kids. It doesn't do anything at all . It tastes good but it's like kool-aid for kids with no benefits

Sadly my boy had terrible night terrors when he took this. He was up screaming and crying every couple hours. My husband ended up having to sleep in his room. He's usually a very good sleeper. I'm still going to give it 3 stars because our other son used their products too and they worked well, the issues with my oldest son was not their fault, just something in it that he was sensitive to.

I try my best to take a more organic route but I feel like this does nothing when my daughter is sick. Try Zarbies mommas.

Product is great for those constant runny noses however delivery and care in packaging could be improved.
