Shape and size are about right, but the foam is very stiff and unforgiving. Not comfortable for sleeping. Tried it out and it’s good to relieve pressure between knee bones, but it created pressure points in the bends of my knees! I’m a fetal position side sleeper. This might work well for somebody who is a side sleeper and keeps their legs more or less straight. Planning to return it…
