The lid does not fit securely on the mug. It comes up when I attempt to fastened it down. I cannot drink coffee with the lid on. The coffee spills all over me.

The evening it arrived, i plugged it in right away to make sure it worked. The blue indicator light came on so I thought it was fine. The next morning when I prepared to use it, I plugged it in and nothing, no light and no sound when i filled it with water. Returning for a refund.

Works only for 3 months, and done.

Awful flimsy device that produces lukewarm coffee. Goes to show you get what you pay for. The mug already broke and the lid did not close securely on the reservoir. Don’t waste your money on this one

Never write reviews. Used one time and that was it. Light came on, would never go off. 3 min as the manual said or overnight made no difference. Junk

This machine lasts about 18 months and then it will start shutting off after brewing half the water. I thought it was a fluke when it happened the first time, but the replacement I bought did the same thing.

Thermos cup had a hole in the bottom of it and would leak anything that was put in it. Other than that, the coffee maker is good.

I really think this thing is junk. After years of using keurig, and wanting to use more fresh ground coffee I wanted to get a single serve coffee maker without having to deal with packing a k-cup each time. This produced very hot coffee with a twinge of plastic flavor. However, a few weeks in the water is dripping off the shower arm and managing to bypass the filter and fall in between it and the surrounding cup leading to super weak coffee-water plastic drink.

Coffee maker stopped working properly after about 3-4 weeks. The machine cuts off prematurely and leaves water is the chamber. You have to let the machine cool before starting again to get all the water out. One cup of coffee can be 2-3 cycles. If you purchase, get the warranty!

Coffee doesn't taste good. I think because unit doesn't get hot enough to brew properly.
