Ended up returning & getting a better one at big box store, same price. This one was very flimsy feeling, super slow & just didn't seem worth the price.

Mug began to leak from bottom so whole product is now useless.----and coverage expired a few weeks ago!

Cheaply made. Cup is leaking after 4 uses.

NOOO do not recommend.

It didn't work when I pushed button to turn on.

You can't prepare it the night before water will drip through when off. No auto off

Made great coffee but broke this AM. Will be sending it back
