The top for the cup became loose after 1 week use and now it will not seal and having issues with spilling on cloths.

The water heats quickly and I love that there is no paper filter required. There is a definite plastic taste to the coffee which was not expected.

Travel mug does not hold up in the dishwasher. Holds water and is flimsy.

I was really happy with this coffee maker. Brewed very quickly and coffee was steaming hot. Unfortunately, it only lasted for 7 months.

It's nice and compact, easy to setup and clean. Unfortunately, the bonus cup I bought for an additional charge was not insulated like the cup that came with the maker.

This one i gave to someone as a gift they seem to live it.

For the price point you can’t beat it. Kind of flimsy and made with cheap plastic but makes a decent cup of coffee. If you’re not a coffee snob, this works just fine

The filter is flimsy. The start button requires both hands to hold it study. The Black & Decker Brew ‘n Go Personal Coffeemaker (model DCM18S) seems a little better.

I coffee machine works well, however the top does not fit well, when caring the container, the top pops up and the coffee spills.
