The media could not be loaded. Power button doesn't work, there's a leak from somewhere that you need to be aware and not set it on the desk or close to documents, a little broken piece came out of somewhere

This seems to be the same thing as others before it. The only thing changed it the color of the light. It will work for a couple of weeks. Then it will only brew half the amount water added. Then 1/4 then it will die and you throw it away. Total junk!

Cheaply made. Flimsy power button. Drips continuously when filled. Mug poorly insulated. Returned it for a refund after only one days use.

After just 2 months the cup that came with it started leaking from the bottom so I threw it away. No big deal. Now the coffee maker itself is leaking water from the bottom when I turn it on. First, very dangerous. Second, I can't even get a full cup of coffee. You're better off buying a more expensive one that won't fall apart after 2 months.

The very first time I pushed the power/brew button, it clicked and died. The travel mug that comes with it has a rather thicker than usual rim so when I pour a cup from my press, the coffee ran along the cup and always ended up dripping down my chin. I've never had so many issues with a maker and mug before. This is my second inexpensive single server maker in the last month. My recommendation is to buy a more expensive unit.

I have to give this product a terrible review, it was more like a toy, everything is made very cheaply, and it only lasted for about a week of a 20 day trip. I ended up pouring hot water over the grounds through the strainer. I wanted a small travel coffee maker and should have known better, you get what you pay for and this coffee maker was very cheap. My advise would be to spend an extra five dollars on the Black & Decker, I ended up just getting a small French press maker. Don't waste your money.

I purchased this product beginning of July and it is already broken. When I contacted the company to let them know I was told I need to take a video of what was going on, I did and crickets. The company is terrible and the customer service non existent. Spend your money somewhere else

The unit makes good coffee WHEN THE ON BUTTON WORKS! I get it has to "cool down" before the on switch works, but the next morning have to press multiple times before the unit turns on! Never worked right out of the box, bit of a deal breaker cuz it should work on first press. It's brand new for goodness sake. I'll fuss with it until I feel I got my money's worth then off to goodwill with it.

At first, loved this coffee maker, brewed a nice hot mug using a permanent filter, then, about 2 months later, only half the water was going through, odd I thought, so I cleaned with vinegar and with real fresh water, the problem worsened. It was so frustrating I just junked it since it was past the return window, and purchased a Proctor Silex 10 cup, hope this will last longer!!!

First time using and following step by step, it wouldn't work. The on/off brew button wouldn't come on and do anything. Could be a dud but returning it is such a hassle. Cheaply made. Should have stayed with a name brand.
