Do not buy this product after reading the instructions I proceeded to clean the coffee maker as prescribed and the 1st cup Work after that the on off switch would not work. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me I had deal with Amazon they would not take any responsibility for their defective product.

I bought this cheap, Chinese garbage and the thing lasted about 3 months before it quit working. I used it a couple of times a week, not even every day. Don't waste your money!

The coffee maker worked for 2 times, after that it wouldn’t do anything. The power light was on but it wouldn’t brew at all.

Very confused how this product has such good reviews. Yes, it is cheap - but I was not expecting the quality to be so bad. Immediately upon opening the box, you are hit with the noxious fumes of the cheapest BPA plastic China has to offer. The chemical fumes were enough to make me package this back up and return this ASAP. The unit itself is extremely flimsy and poorly made. If you actually enjoy coffee and do not want to jeaporidize your health drinking plastic infused chemical coffee...DO NOT BUY!

Brews way too hot. It was so hot that I found it uncomfortable to hold the cheap plastic lined coffee cup that came with the machine. I honestly don't understand how this coffee maker got so many good reviews. My coffee beans are freshly roasted to order and shipped immediately, so it's not the coffee that's the problem. I have brewed this coffee in a Bella single cup coffee maker, a French press, and a Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker with excellent results. Making the same coffee in this machine resulted in a bitter, tasteless brew. Extremely disappointed.

I read all the reviews for this thing and had high hopes for it. I wanted a personal coffee maker for my desk at work and this seemed to fit the bill properly. I cleaned it well and brought it to work, but when I brewed my first cup, I couldn’t taste the coffee. All I could taste was burnt plastic. So strong that it nearly made me vomit. It then went immediately into the trash can. Luckily I’m only out $20.

I’m really angry about the horrible quality of the coffee cup. The lid doesn’t fit tightly. Rendering it useless, or opening myself to getting scalded by hot coffee. The product page said it’s “stainless steel”. They failed to mention that the outside is, but the inside is cheap plastic. I’m disabled, and getting to the UPS store is difficult for me. So, I’m keeping it. What a waste of $.

0 star if I can. Just received this coffee maker today. Very strong cheap plastic smell after I open up the package. Follow the cleaning instruction and wash everything in warm soapy water first. And and then I put cold water into the coffee make 5 times and one time with cold water / white vinegar and started the coffee making processes without any coffee grinds to ‘cleanse’ the plastic a total of 6 times. At the end, the hot water / steam coming still smelled and tasted plastic. Returning the machine to amazon.

I was looking forward to using this coffee maker since it had great reviews and at a great price but mine didn’t work right out of the box. I followed the simple instructions but it wouldn’t even turn on. I’m hoping I just got a dud but either way I’ll be returning it for another and hoping for a better outcome.

have reached out to the company 3 times email and phone. not one response. filter that came with machine not produced properly, allows grind through. contacted company for replacement filter and can not even get a response. used only once with. the machine seems nice, but without a working filter can't offer a positive review. Very disappointed with the company's lack of response on such a simple fix.
