Ok for the money but does require cleaning every 2 wks..not the hottest coffee fm a coffee maker..lid can be a challenge to clean all the tiny grooves. Takes up less counter space which is a good thing.

Nice little single serve unit. Very easy to use. Not quite as hot as my percolator but good for a quick cup. I may have missed something in the product description but I did not receive the travel mug shown in the picture

Switch to turn on is a bit small made more for a child's finger seeing you have to hit it just right for it to turn on plus you have to push it in far enough.

I love everything about it except that the thermos that comes with it is plastic and it leaks out the bottom. I tossed it and use a coffee cup instead.

It serves the my basic purpose. It is true that I use a little milk in my coffee, but the coffee is cold even when the cycle immediately finishes. I have to heat it in the microwave. I drink it at home. Can't imagine taking it on the go.

-2 Stars for the terrible power button. I use this at my work desk and have to keep the power button on, i just unplug the power cord. The power button pushes all the way in and it's a challenge to turn it on/off. Other than that it works ok although I wish the inside of the mug was metal not plastic.

Cheaply made and takes forever to be able to make another cup of coffee. But it is small and easy to use.

The cord length on this thing is ridiculous. I bought it for my desk at work, and the outlets in my cube are on the baseboards. I cannot sit this on my desk and have the cord reach the outlet. It's THAT short. Right now it is sitting on the floor running a brew cycle as that's the only way I can plug it in.

It does not work like it should

It’s fine, makes a good cup of coffee and saves a lot of space on my counter. The mug it came with is terrible. Very cheap material and short and fat. Also only three stars because you can’t use just any other travel mug with it.
