It doesn’t work for windows computers

This doesn’t work for my laptop as my lap is HP not Mac. Can you please suggest me how to return it.

The media could not be loaded. Plugged in several times. Reboot multiple times, reset multiple times. Comes on for a few seconds then off. Shows to be a piece of junk.

When I got the product it worked but the first update to my computer stopped the usb-c from working. went to Mokins website. Tried to get the driver update for windows 11 there was no driver on their website. Contacted them via email multiple times they have yet to give me the driver and I have it’s been several months since I’ve been able to use my external monitor because they will not send me the driver. They keep asking me for more and more information and not giving me the driver. I want a full refund for this product as it has not worked in months and I have been in contact with them and they have yet to help me resolve this issue. Extremely frustrated customer I will never buy another product from Mokin!!!. I have purchased two in a year. HDMI will not work on this one. You can’t get a live person on the phone Only email which is a waster of time . I will not be buying this brand again.

plugged my two hdmi cables in and connected it to laptop. worked fine. …until i plugged in one small usb. then it stopped working. spent two hours trying to troubleshoot.

This stopped working after 6 months and the wire connecting to laptop is so small that it cant reach anywhere. I need to order a different one again so dont buy it!

Doesn't work using both HDMI ports @ 2k - one screen drops resolution to 720p.
