Causes radio interference and prevents from being able to use mouse and keyboard usbs. HDMI also stopped working after 1.5 years of use.

I received this as a gift in September 2023. It was working fine until yesterday. One of my monitors began to flash, but became steady after a few minutes. Today, the same thing happened, but now the screen won't come back on at all. I tried multiple monitors and HDMI cord combinations. I confirmed that each of the monitors and cords work on a different computer. I will update my review once I hear back from technical support. Aside from this issue, I had no problems and would buy another one, depending on the level of customer service. We'll see what happens.

The charging cord to the computer is way too short

I ended up sending this back. First of all I could not connect my 2 monitors via this product. When I finally got it to work (don’t ask me how it finally started working after the 3rd or 4th reboot) I noticed when I was typing there was a 4-5 word lag and letters were duplicated (determined not to be user error). I unplugged my keyboard/mouse dongle from the device and inserted it directly into the laptop usb slot and it worked fine. When my laptop was fully charged I unplugged the power and immediately a message popped up saying I didn’t have enough power for my devices (2 monitors, foot pedal via usb, keyboard and mouse).

Tried using this on Mac m2 pro, and connected a single hdmi monitor through it. Only allows 30 hz which makes the mouse flicker instead of glide. Will return.

I received the product late. After I received it I used it for a few days. The product gets very hot during use. When I connect the mouse, it doesn't work well. I tried it with some mouses.
