Feels substantial, like it's solid! They even sent an email asking what kind of PC I had. In this case it's a Dell that I'll use it with and it will replace an older style Dell port that utilizes one of the USB ports. This works from the "C" port and has a total of 4 USB (1 old/3 newer) port. It has a built in microphone and an audio jack. I'll have to test those out later but it comes a few options for video display with multiple monitors. I'm still using only 1 large one but maybe I'll try that a some other point but it does come with HDMI and RJ45 for a network connection so basically you can just plug in one thing to be mobile. It even has a VGA port. I still have some of those monitors around, too. The directions are pretty small but I'm guessing you can find that online. It's a MOKiN and you could probably use your 4K TV as a monitor if you wanted. I only wish the directions were larger but like I said. I'll look online. Time is the true test for any electronic device but so far, looks great and I recommend it. It also says it will work with a Macbook but I have no way to test that since I don't have one.

Like the ease of use and quality. Only wish it had enough power to charge the laptop.

I work from home several days a month and needed a way to connect my work laptop to my home monitors. This little thing got the job done as well as the Think Pad version from work does!!!

No issues. Not many this size have two HDMi ports.

I use it for my Dell Latitude 5320 for work, it charges my laptop without a 2nd charger. I plugged my existing 65W dell charger into the docking station, and it works just fine. Glad I went with this purchase!

I love that it's able to accommodate my workstation of 3 monitors and a laptop.
