This USB C docking station works well for the most part. I've been using it with my Dell Precision laptop for several days now without any problem except one in particular. The USB ports all work, and so does the audio port and the ethernet/RJ45 port. There was nothing to configure on my computer; it was plug and play. What I have had problems with are the video ports. I tried connecting a monitor to each of the HDMI ports but nothing showed up on the monitor. The computer recognizes that something is connected, but the display is blank. What makes this even more weird is I connected a second monitor to the VGA port while the first was still connected to an HDMI port. When I did this, the HDMI display began working. Nothing displayed on the VGA monitor. I tried this with multiple monitors at work and at home, and I also tried connecting my Dell XPS desktop at home with the same results.I tried using my wife's Dell Latitude, and then the video ports worked like they're supposed to. The difference between my Precision and XPS computers, and my wife's Latitude, is age. My two computers are four years old. Her Latitude is less than 2 years old. The video ports on this dock only seem to work properly with newer computers.I'm disappointed I can't use the additional video ports, but at least all the other ports work well. The audio and ethernet ports give me 2 of each for my laptop. Now I can use one audio port for a microphone/line input, and the other one for a speaker/line output at the same time. I can also connect to two different wired networks at the same time (internet/Zoom on one, and internal camera network with the other). So this is still a worthwhile investment for me.

I decided to put this to the test. I carry my laptop back and forth between work and home every day. At home I just need a wireless mouse, and all is fine. At work I need two additional monitors, use wired instead of wireless networking, use a wireless keyboard and mouse, have a seven port USB hub to plug in various drives and devices throughout the day, and power my laptop via the only USB-C port I have on it. This docking station occupies the only USB-C port I have. My previous dual monitor hub did not let enough power through to run and charge the laptop. This station lets me do both. With everything plugged in (2 displays, wireless keyboard and mouse, network cable, USB hub, AC power) my mouse was occasionally jumpy and the keyboard nonresponsive for several seconds at a time. The task manager showed me that it was not my laptop that caused the issue. In addition, the two displays would periodically and simultaneously go black for a second or so while the laptop screen had no problems. This did not happen with my previous video hub. I moved the USB hub to a standard USB-A 3.0 port on my laptop and put the keyboard/mouse wireless adaptor on it. This seems to have fixed the problems. So, ... It does work but it has its limits. It is doing very well with the gigabit network cable, two displays, and my power running through it. Although my seven port USB hub is externally powered, the radio adaptor for the keyboard and mouse pulls its power from the port. I suspect it was pulling just a little more than this docking station could provide. I had hoped to have to plug in only one cable each morning but two is ok and better than six.

Good quality hub with all the connections you need. Worked well with my laptop. Not sure anyone really needs a VGA connection on a hub though.. it would be nice if the added something else instead. USB 2.0 ports are also obsolete but it has 3 USB 3.1 ports so I guess you can just use the others for mouse or something low bandwidth. Not too many hubs include a port for mic and headphones so that is a plus.

I used this for connecting multiple electronics. It was perfect for when I connected a network cable, an external monitor, a scanner, and additional gadgets that uses the HDMI ports

Good: split screen across laptop and 2 external monitors.Ok: The signal from one of the DisplayPorts is a bit finicky, but adequate. To isolate it to the DisplayPort, I tried two different monitors. Just have to unplug and replug it in.Bad: Headphone/microphone jack just stopped working, 5 months in.

After a month of use this unit failed and unfortunately it is outside the return window.I had two displays attached and it was working fine. But now it is very flaky on what it sees. Sometimes it will see one display and sometimes none and also sometimes the laptop locks up and has to be hard powered down. Both displays are working fine and the USB-C port on the laptop is working correctly. I will be purchasing a different unit from another manufacturer.Update! - Mokin reached out to me to diagnose the issue I was having with their 11 in 1 docking station. After trying a few things, they kindly decided to completely refund my purchase which I received today. I am updating the rating on the unit to three stars which includes the customer service I received. If I could give a rating based on just customer service I would give Mokin five stars.

I noticed when I was typing there was a 4-5 word lag and letters were duplicated (determined not to be user error). Sometimes when I leave mu laptop hibernated then it takes 2/3 minutes to show the images in my both monitors.
