I ordered this item after a lot of research into these kind of products. This is the best price I have ever seen by far. But, mine arrived completely destroyed. The bottom was shattered into pieces. There were shards of black plastic everywhere. The coil had been pulled out and twisted out of shape. It was missing the basket, the racks and any trays that were supposed to come with it. The bottom was almost completely detached from the unit and could have been very dangerous. But the box was fine and undamaged, except for a little wear from shipping. I can tell that under normal circumstances this is a very good product. It's beautiful to look at and just the right size. Not too big, not too small. Research as carefully as you can before buying.

I am in “DISBELIEF “ of the way my package arrived !! CRUSHED… TORN….and MISSING A FLAP ON ONE SIDE …. So they used a Pound of Wrapping Tape to close the box up. There were NO STYROFOAM OR ANYTHING IN THE BOX TO PROTECT THE ITEM ….. so the item inside the box just rolled around inside the box and scratched up!!!! The item also arrived in the original box with the shipping label attached to the box, NOT in a Second Box to protect it. I am sending this item back and want a refund of 100 % !!!!!
