It arrived damaged and the only way for me to get another is to buy one and return this to the store This is one of multiple items over the past year that has arrived damaged or a dirty rug I Hope Target realizes what is happening and does something to correct it :(

Arrived broke, not packaged well at all, arrived in a large box wrapped in this plastic bag :( You also can’t use the report the issue online to fix the problem and receive a replacement, Disappointed.

It looked nice online and looks bigger in real life but alas even after a full charge, it wouldn't turn on. It's dead on arrival. Online buyers beware.

DO NOT buy online, maybe in store but definitely not online. Arrived horribly damaged. I thought it just needed a little assembling but it was broken horribly, like broken screws and wires in the shipping process.

Only giving one star because it’s not forward thinking design, when the bulbs no longer work you can’t replace them, when the battery needs a new one it can’t be replaced. Beautiful aesthetic, look and function (that’s 5 stars). But $40 is overpriced for what it is and its size. If it was something that had repair in design instead of trash when those things go, for forward thinking design I would keep them for $40, even be willing to spend $50, I think better of target when it comes to forward thinking and sustainability, quality and cost effective products, this time is a BIG fail.

Very cute but only used it once and even after full charge will only turn on for 1-5 min at a time

Cute lamp but light didn’t stay on. Charged it and it stayed on only 1 minute and continued to do that each time I turned it on. Frustrated as it was a waste.

First of all, I love (d) this table lamp. Unfortunately, it only worked for about 3 months and then it stopped charging. Once that happens, the lamp is basically trash because you can't replace any parts. I reached out to GEMS support and they requested a receipt. Who keeps a receipt for an item that is less than $50 and works for a couple of months? I think I threw away the receipt after about 2 weeks of it working fine. I replied to GEMS with this information and they never replied back. All I would like is to exchange the lamp. I am not even asking for money back. Surely the lamp should last longer than 3 months?
