I imagine this is expected when purchasing a product used or refurbished. After I placed my original comment, I noticed that the digitizer wasn't secured to the device on the top left at all . I removed the digitizer and re-attached with double sided adhesive and now works great. I will certainly use Instant Replay Electronics in the future as the price I paid was great.

I bought this for my grandchildren when they visit and do they ever fight over who gets it first!! The younger ones like the games, the middle one (11 yrs old) likes the program to talk to her friends, and the older one (16) uses it like a laptop, and I like the games it has!! So, there is something for everyone on this. And of course it was delivered on time (actually early!!) and in perfect shape. (as Amazon always does!!) Great purchase!!

We received the product within three days over the weekend. It was still in the original box with the Apple warranty. The ipad was in near perfect shape. The ipad is very easy to use and navigate. We downloaded a few apps, all our itunes songs, movies and books. Very easy to read, quality sound and screen. We just love it! We are already thinking of purchasing another one for us adults because our teenagers hog it and we want to play!

I gave them a 5 star because I love the iPad. I had a problem after 2 weeks and had too send it back and they went out of their way to rectify the issue! I am please with the product the professionalism of the company. They kept communication going while they were fixing the problem. Great dealing with Keith and all of the company. I received my iPad a couple days ago and absolutely love it! It actually came a week earlier than the estimated delivery date which I was surprised because I was not expecting it yet. I had been doing my research on the tablets and the iPad but finally ended up choosing the iPad and It was definitely the right choice ,and the battery life is a lot better than I thought a full charge can last me about 2-3 days upto 4 depending how much I use it.

Being new to the MAC world, learning the IPad operation has been a challenge but one worth undertaking. So far I am very impressed with this unit and still learning it's capabilities. I tried another tablet last year and the connection speeds and operation was so frustrating that I returned it immediately. The Ipad 2 is very efficient even though I have to go to several different places to learn it's operation i,e, Itunes then ICloud, next Ibooks and Safari and much more to come I am sure.

I mean this is the best tablet out there! Iv'e had it since april of last year bought it like not even a month later after it's realese and im glad i did, u can listen to music, the radio thats if you can an app, take pictures, surf the net i mean what can't you do with the ipad like i said iv'e had this ipad since april and i still have it with me would definetely recommend an ipad to anyone out there looking for a tablet .

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Tablet a while ago, and it sucked Horribly. Going from that to the Ipad 2 its an astounding difference. Ipad 2 is very fast, very clean program. It may take you a minute to get used to the programing if you're like me and have used a PC majority of your life. I Highly recommend this product to anyone who is wanting to get a tablet. Please don't go with the Samsung Galaxy Tablet because you'll just regret it, and wind up returning it to get the Ipad 2.

Since I already had the original iPad, I was very reluctant to buy a newer model. Each time Apple came out with a new one, I read all the reviews and debated each time about upgrading. I spoke to people who bought them and finally got a consensus that the iPad 2 was the best, all things considered for my needs and wants. It's lighter weight and camera features were what sold me, and I am so happy I took the step. I take it everywhere I go!

I bought this ipad 2 from Amazon because it was cheapier than buying it from apple. I believe this is the best tablet out. the only thing to beat it is the ipad 3. there are so many features it will take a life time to figure out all the neat capabilities. I can also watch any video format on it with the Goodplayer app from the app store i can also play flash media on it with the photon app from the app store as well. the capabilities of this is endless.
