I love that it is refillable and I look forward to what other items we can try to grab with the claw machine. The lights and music make the experience like an arcade .

First off, it doesn't come with batteries, so stock up on some double As. As seen in my video, it works wonderfully with the provided toys, although I am interested in putting some candy in it as a fun little thing. Only downside is that the prize drop area walls don't connect to the sides, so be careful with small objects since they'll just fall through. I also love how simple it is to refill, since it has a small hole above the recommended fill height to pour things into.

The only issue I really have had with it is the claw sometimes doesn’t want to go all the way up which will make it to where you can’t drop your prize in the hole. But other than that’s it’s a great toy for the kids

I'm pretty sure it's indestructible because she's been playing with it nonstop and it still looks brand new. She's able to use it in so many different ways, it's like a toy with multiple personalities! I love that it's safe for her to use and doesn't have any small parts that can be a choking hazard. The entertainment value is top-notch, she's completely captivated by it. The quality of the prizes is absolutely amazing, I'm so glad I got it for her. Thank you

Like many mini claw machines, this one occasionally stops working. I’m writing this review to help. Here’s what you do: you take off the top (there are 4 Phillips head screws holding it on), and gently jiggle around the wires until it works again. They get bent from the claw moving around. I anticipate having to do these every so often so I won’t be putting the screws back in, just resting the top on top.

Very strong grip if you grab it. Came with 6 cute plushies. I tried adding candy to it as well and it's a bit trickier. This claw machine is very finicky. If I add a token and start right away, it stops me from playing. If I run out of time, it stops the claw and you have to put in another token. The token drawer is hard to grab out as it does not pull out. The toys can roll out pretty fast from the drop. Overall, I didn't expect this to be as good as a real quality machine but it is enjoyable. I plan to put some candy in there for guests to try their luck and maybe some small toys as you can throw in 2 inch ones. It is fun to move the whole thing to angle the claw.

Bought this item for my grandkids for Christmas. They really loved it however, less than a month after buying it it is not working to retrieve the toy anymore. Very disappointed. I was going to return it to target, but needed the box which is long gone. Expensive toy to malfunction so soon.

Such a fun toy, but doesn’t work great. We got two of them for Christmas and on one of them the claw would not drop far enough down to reach the toys. The other works decent so far but does get stuck going side back and forward sometimes. We ordered another in hopes we get one more that works ok because it has been a huge hit otherwise.
