Broke within 2 days. Claw does not move up and down now. Will be returning for a refund. Very poor quality

If it worked, this toy would be really neat!however, as many other reviews suggest, it does not move all directions completely. The claw gets stuck, making it impossible to pickup certain items unless you shake the machine to get the toy under the claw, which defeats the purpose.

We got one for Christmas and it was already broken (wouldn't go up and down) so we exchanged it and the second one broke within a few minutes of using it. Same issue. The chain broke so it won't go up or down

My daughter got this for a Christmas gift and it broke within 2 hours of having it. I reached out to FAO Schwarz to see if they could help us fix it and when they finally responded all they did was say to contact the retailer. Target hasn’t been able to help me either so now I just have a sad 5 year old who doesn’t understand why her game broke immediately and we can’t get a new one. Disappointed all around.

We bought this twice because our kids loved it and the crane “chain” broke within a day both times and was not repairable. Will be returning for a 2nd time!

Broke within a few days. The claw no longer goes up and down. So cheaply made. And look at all the other reviews..almost all of them say it broke too! Shame on FAO Schwarz for such a piece of junk. I even brought a FAO Schwarz brand vanity mirror for my daughter for xmas and that also broke the next day! Buyer beware! DO NOT BUY! SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I tried to purchase this twice and have now returned it twice. The first time, the machine didn’t work at all after opening. I returned and got a replacement. The replacement worked once, sat on a shelf for about a month and now does not turn on (even after replacing the batteries again). Second time returning

Broke right after opening. The forward and back features don’t work and it gets stuck on the “down” This was supposed to be my daughter’s Christmas gift. Don’t waste your money on this. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.
