To small not actual size

The material is rough and not very sheer

This fabric has a bright pretty print... Unfortunately, that is it’s only plus. The fabric is definitely NOT chiffon, instead, the fabric is Rayon and has zero stretch and maintains creases and wrinkles despite all my efforts. It not only hangs like a straight square shaped sack, but it is the kind of fabric that wrinkles badly whenever you sweat or get wet from the rain, and it also holds permanent wrinkles from the original folds from when it was packaged. I can steam them out temporarily , but the creases and wrinkles return within a few minutes wear. If you do not care about wearing a top that is covered in wrinkles, and creases then to each his own and more power to you. Personally, I’m very disappointed and was extremely embarrassed when wearing in the high amount of wrinkles to deal with and poor fit. They aren’t flattering at all and come down to almost my knees and have no stretch at all. Felt very confining. But the wrinkle fact was the worst part, and especially because the two that I purchased were over 25.00 each. I expected chiffon but received rayon...
