Overall okay. I like the steps and heart monitoring, need to set up sleep mode. Do not like that I cannot see screen outside - at all - especially time when I need it. You would think they would have figured that out.

I bought one for myself and my daughter for Christmas (we will have that tomorrow 12/26). I do not know how it works. I guess I need to download an app on my phone but I have no room to do that. So I will need help.

# of steps hard to read as it is so tiny. Overall only had the tracker a little over a week but it's accurate. Just wish it was more readable. Can see why they have made changes in the newer versions.

This product was great, but it only charged on a turbo charger. Figured it out after I requested to send it back due to not charging properly. This would have been helpful to know up front.

It only lasts a few years which is ok for the price. Biggest issue is that the free premium subscription advertised is false. I had cancelled premium membership a year or more ago and a resubscribe was supposed to be free. Woke up to an $85 charge for premium from Apple Pay. I contacted Fitbit and was told they couldn’t do anything because subscription is handled completely by Apple Pay. I have requested a refund from Apple Pay.Just note that you may go to sleep with the premium app saying you owe $0 and wake up with an $85 charge. So don’t rely on the promise of a free subscription if it is a part of your decision making.Update. I did receive a refund from Apple. Just be sure to check the next day for charges and request refund if you don’t want premium.

I bought this Fitbit in March and was pleased to have the features offered. After about 6 months the features quit working. I called the customer service and talked for an hour, the tech was able to get most of the features going again but said she had a time limit and that was all she could do. Now it does NOT give the sleep score, health metrics or the heart rate anymore. It still gives the steps and the time. A cheap pedometer would do that. Even at the reduced price a Fitbit should last longer than 6 months. The previous one did with its limited abilities.

Would have given a five star review, however, they took all the group challenges away

This is a great seller. My Fitbit Inspire 2 arrived quickly and worked great for 10 months- then the display suddenly stopped working. Since product was still under the 1 yr. warranty- I contacted Fitbit for a replacement. However- since this Seller is not an “Authorized Seller” of Fitbit products- they REFUSED TO HONOR THE WARRANTY. They told me to contact the Seller and the Seller would send me a replacement. As expected- since the product was older than 30 days old- the Seller could not help me. (Which I understand- not mad at the Seller.). I just wanted to warn other buyers that since the Seller is not an “authorized seller” of Fitbit products- Fitbit will NOT honor their warranty.
