Just installed it, but love it!

Turned out to be a really good lock! Very smooth and sturdy, unlike many of the competitors locks in this price range. I initially had an issue with the lock and customer service responded quickly and sent me a replacement part that got to me in two days. Would definitely recommend!

Returned because of wrong application. Lock looks good, though.

this lock is easy to install, and is it looks good on my back door. If you are upgrading i would use one,and if you need a dead bolt i would grab it also.

I had been using a lock box - but then anyone who had access to the key could make a copy.

Have a home office that I need to keep the kids out of and it works perfectly! Easy install and have had no issues with the lock for over a month.
