I received product with no instructions or tea tree oil, epsom salt packet

This worked well to soak my feet. It stayed nice and hot. I wish it had a button to turn the temperature down, it only goes up until it starts over at the lowest setting, but still worked. I’d love a little more bubbles but I think it’d be hard to do in this size soaker. Overall I’d recommend.

Overall, I’d say it’s a good product. Temperature control is good, but it would maybe be faster in a perfect world. Could have stronger massage capabilities, but probably not without making it heavier or bulkier. A foot bath isn’t something I treat myself to often, so something that is easy to clean and store is a higher priority, and this matches my needs.

Temparture control works great. The foot rollers are nice as long as you don't put too much pressure on them. My one minor complaint is that the drain doesn't let all of the water out. It gets most of the water out, save a half cup or so. You have to clean the last bit of water out manually because it gets underneath the rollers.

It's so relaxing and invigorating at the same time especially with the addition of lavender crystals! Just wish that the bottom was smooth and not bumpy.

The temperature control seemed erratic/not responsive as expected. Vibration strength ok. Cleaning of unit is relatively easy. Hence rating at '4' not quite a '5'.

Came ready to use, thank you for the green tea soaking salts! All the features worked fine, I especially like the temp control feature...very nice. One (circular) piece popped out when I turned the vibration on but I simply popped it back in & put my foot over it and it stayed put, it didn’t effect the functioning of the product. Easy cleanup! I certainly enjoyed. Have had the product for awhile now and it’s still working very well...very much appropriate to relax and rejuvenate.

This was a great buy for the price. Performed exactly how I expected. The temperature control helped regulated water temperature and the vibration was actually soothing and no the irritating frivolous buzzing of the tub. My first time using I filled the tub and selected vibration and water went everywhere. Great buy for the price. No compression but that isnt a deal breaker.

I had to make a repair to a cold solder joint on the vibration motor control board, but it has been reliable other than that, and the fix was easy. I’ve also received notice that the company is sending an updated version of the massager to me free of charge, and I’ve not complained about the issue I had, so I’d call that excellent support.
