Seems like this is a known issue with these shower heads.

Shower head was great while it worked, after several months the selector switch failed. No option to contact seller.

I really wish I could leave a good review, unfortunately I encountered the same problems as I read in other reviews. The shower head was great for a short period of time, then the clicking mechanism you use to switch between the different sprays stopped working and it is stuck on the highest setting.

We loved this shower head and were totally bummed when it broke after only 10 weeks. The switch that changes the spray type is what broke, and on the worst spray: the stream spray. So there was basically no spray.

I liked the product at first but like many others, mine stopped changing modes pretty soon after I bought 2 of these. You get what you pay for. Cheap plastic junk. Would not recommend.

The media could not be loaded. The button to change settings has already broken. I've had the product for about 8 months.. It was working well and then started to not work occasionally... and now it just totally doesnt work. See the attached video. Otherwise I would have liked this product. I may have just received a defective product...

It took a decent amount of time but the shower head cannot change modes anymore. The mechanism always seemed a bit flimsy but it gave out completely. You get what you pay for. It’s now stuck on a highest pressure setting which isn’t the most comfortable but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I got this and it messed up in a week. They sent me a replacement and it also messed up in a week. Feels cheap but works nice when it works. I bought a more expensive one in the end because of how quickly it just stopped working. Home with adults so it wasn’t due to it being messed with too much.

Ive had this for a little under a month and it was great when i first got it, but after a few weeks i can no longer change the mode. For a while it was stuck on mist which is not a mode anyone wants to shower under, but i finally got it to change after messing with it for what seems like forever. It doesnt come with a water flow regulator so a lot of water is wasted and it felt like it was going thru more water than what any normal shower head did. I cannot take it apart without breaking it so until a new shower head comes i am stuck with this one. Would not recommend if you are looking to save water or shower under the mist mode.

I don’t usually leave reviews but did for this cheap product. Shower head worked fine for 6 months until the spray setting adjuster quit working. I rarely change the setting either but now it’s stuck on mist. Would not recommend.
