The switch broke after a few months and was stuck on mist.

Stopped switching sprayer settings 6 months after installing

Like others have pointed out in their reviews the clicker simply stops working randomly and then you're stuck with whatever setting you're stuck with. You could be as gentle as possible it will still stop working randomly some day. For me it first broke less than a month after I purchased it.I figured out how to temporarily fix it by holding the clicker in and then suddenly letting it go, it somehow snaps back in place and works temporarily until it breaks again. At first my fix would let me enjoy the showerhead for a week or so before it breaks again but now I'm having to apply the fix every day, it's at the point where now I don't even bother changing the spray setting and just keep it at mist. But I'm going to try for some other manufacturer's showerhead now.

Loved this product until the 3 mo. mark when the sprayhead control switch stopped working. Lucky we are left withthe spray we normally use, but now we can't change thatfor the other five sprays, which we do use. Hope to get areplacement of this one that will last. But won';t pay foranother.

This shower head would have been perfect for me. It’s easy to install and has several options for water pressure levels but 2-3 months ago, the switch to change the pressure levels stopped working. If you switch to a heavier pressure option, you unfortunately have to cycle all the way through all the levels to get back to normal water pressure. It takes several minutes with me continuously pressing on the switch. It works sometimes and doesn’t sometimes. It really sucks when it gets stuck on the highest pressure level because then it’s just wasting water.

Worked wonderfully for about 5 mos, then failed, locked on the last setting.

Looks good and feels good once it's working... after a while, it leaks and sprays from the top of the water pipe. Quality is not the greatest

At first I loved this shower head and for someone with such thick hair it was a dream come true! The shower head allowed me to rinse my hair in no time due to its amazing pressure. All that changed after about two weeks use when the hose burst and water went everywhere! Product would be ideal if hose was better quality.
