I received my new luggage and loved it. Used it once for the first time and when I got it back at the luggage carousel, the wheel had broken off. Very disappointed. Don’t know if the luggage is made poorly or if it was the rough handling of the airlines, but luggage has to be strong to endure the way it’s handled. I had 2 pieces that I used, and it was the large one that broke. I would hope that this piece will be replaced.
