I’m well pleased with all aspects of of this item. The design is far better, than others I’ve used! It was a gift, for my husband, and he is happy with it too!

This keeps my coffee warm and I can charge my phone at the same time. I use it while I'm on my computer making it very convenient.

While the device does charge a phone albeit slowly, or keep a beverage warm, it cannot perform both functions at the same time.

charger is slow and it don't get as hot for the coffee warmer that i would like. its ok.. just slow

When I saw this product on sale, I was surprised at the low cost/value. I had seen other wireless chargers and mug warmers but not together at this price. That being said, I am disappointed that the wireless charger doesn't work when the phone is in its case. To use the wireless function on this unit, you must remove the phone from its case every time you want to charge it. Also, the wireless charger and the mug warmer don't work at the same time, you must choose which to use each time you use one. Finally, the function switch is very cheap and could easily break.

You gotta have the phone sideways when charging so you can’t have it charging while keeping the coffee warm. And the warmer keeps turning off

I haven’t tried the charger yet but the cup warmer is definitely a disappointment! Forget keeping something hot it doesn’t even keep anything warm! It barely even feels warm to the touch with my bare hand

VERY slow charging. Not a huge problem (unless you are in a hurry). The cup warmer barely works at all. On my flat bottomed , ceramic mug. If this item worked as well as it should it was a very good deal. As it is, I guess you get what you pay for.
