Warmer doesn’t keep liquid even warm in my cups and charger won’t work. Not recommended

The warmer is warm to touch but not hot enough to keep a cup of coffee warm. The charger only works if you do not have a case or sleeve on your i phone and it charges very slow. This is junk!

mug warmer gets warm, but not enough to keep a mug of hot tea warm, would not recommend this product.

My cup was warm but it doesn't get that hot to keep your coffee warm. I don't recommend.
