Fantastic idea and gorgeously presented, but the end products were tiny and the recipes were quit hit and miss.

Bought as a gift for my daughter tomorrow. Just opened package and it was torn or ripped. Her bday is tmr so will just tape up, doesn't look open but kinda disappointed.

She was making bath bombs &saop for month warning this is a bit irritating to sensatione skin .

Sadly it was missing the baby oil. Fun and messy, but we couldn't do the bath scrubs without the baby oil. Have to buy it separately :(

My kids and I have enjoyed the experience of making our own bath bombs overall. There are two major downsides that stop us from purchasing this again. 1) the bath bombs only last for about 5-10 seconds. 2) after draining the tub, the coloring dye leaves a very dark ring. So much so that the bath tub has to be cleaned after every use.BUT has it been worth it to see the kids get involved and excited? Absolutely.

All in all it was easy and my son really enjoyed making it. But I give it three stars because it died our tub blue. It took some major scrubbing to get it out. It also just formed a ring of blue around the water. The whole tub was clear with a blue ring.

Overall a nice cheap gift that will give someone some fun. Pretty easy to use and follow directions. Plenty of colors. Wish there were more materials to make more items. The only negative comment I'd have is that the instructions say bath bombs take only about an hour and a half to dry before being able to take them out but ours have been sitting over night and still are yet to be able to be removed from the molds. Upon trying so far they will break, crumble and not come out in a full piece so we're giving them more time to harden. Hoping that helps. Generally though it was a fun experiment to have with my 5 year old and she had a blast mixing and playing with everything. Hoping the colors don't ruin the bathtub though.

My daughter likes it. But parents should be warned: the coloring in the bath bombs WILL STAIN your bath tub. If you have a marble bath tub, run — do not walk — to throw away the colors. If you have a porcelain tub, u assume some bleach might work. Not sure if there is a warning in the packaging from the manufacturer. But would suggest the manufacturer re-design the package with a warning message consumers cannot miss.

Great concept, but the dyes stained our tub. Even with a magic eraser sponge, we couldn't get all the blue and red off. Now my niece is only allowed to make soap and bath bombs without the dye. Disappointing for a pricey set, because the colors made it more appealing.
