Borrowed a friend's brand new costway set for a outdoor movie night with kids. Before putting it together, we leaned it up against a wall, a foam ball rolled into it and it slid to the ground. Not a hard fall at all, however it was concrete so a hinge broke. I was shocked at how easily it broke, but since it wasn't mine I ordered a new one. The new one arrived broken, with an undamaged box! A replacement was quickly sent, and IT TOO WAS BROKEN! The company did offer half off but I declined and accepted a full refund. I did however went on to purchase a different, more sturdy brand from another company.

Bought to play inside with grandchildren. Was happy with item and the game was fun. THEN, the bottom rails that hold in the disc to play the game started to release mid game while playing. Started a return, even though the item is defective it is a self ship back. WELL it is an extremely large box and heavier then i can manage, so i contacted seller to see if they have a fix for this issue. THEY RESPONDED TO THE ISSUE AS IF THEY COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. Have they never played the game? Do they not know it is reliant on the bottom rails that hold in the discs. CONTACTED AGAIN, saying that this could not be the first time that someone had this issue. Of course no one else had ever had this problem. Stuck with large game that can not be played and does not work. NOT WORTH PURCHASING.
