There are two sizes of this product and each is different. The one listed on the product page is the larger size. The chips hang from an angled plastic bar on each side. The smaller one is 2.5 feet tall has a hook on one side and a cup holder on the other side, which is what Tanga sent me. I requested a return label and a return is underway.

Received the product broken in the box.

The Giant Connect Four did not come with a bag carrier. I do not have the same amount of green and yellow pieces.

Really sad that this arrived damaged especially for the price. Waiting to hear back from the company.....

Was ordered from UK for grandson birthday party came on time but missing one set of counters totally disappointed!!!

Not happy Beverly cheaply made not staying together

The pieces are made incorrectly, which means the main board won't push down into the side pieces far enough to be stable. This problem then prevents me from being able to put the bottom pieces in that would stop the checkers from falling out. The manual states to contact them and not return, but they thus far are not being helpful and take 24 hours each time to respond. I will be returning.

Love the look and quality, fun colors... can't play it though since the game reset sliding levers are missing. If you even play one piece it slides out the bottom. Hopefully seller will resolve this issue and we can increase our product rating. Shipping was delayed also.

I realized when I tried to assemble my game that the pieces weren't accurately sized/molded. The game board would not snap onto the side pieces, just rest on them, making the entire assembly unstable. For the price, I'd expect the manufacturing to be more consistent and the quality control better to catch when errors are made. I didn't appreciate having to argue with customer service for a few days before they would authorize a return, either. No, refunding a portion of my charge to allow me to keep a subpar product is not acceptable.
