I was quite happy with these earbuds in the beginning, the sound quality is decent and the battery live more than sufficient. However after a few months one earbud stopped charging and is no longer working. I reached out to customer service but never got a response.

These were very sleek looking headphones. The case does a poor job telling you how much battery life is left, and it seems like I'm always having to stick the headphones back on there to charge. I don't wear them for very long either. sometimes I'll take them out out of the case that has been charging and within minutes they tell me I need to charge them.

I had high hopes since I found these headphones on a CNET review. I was looking for cheaper bluetooth earbuds that aren't gel tips and aren't airpods since I don't have an iPhone. The bluetooth interference was terrible and was constantly interrupted while walking down a city street (vs. other bluetooth headphones I've had and never had this problem). One of the buds could barely hold a charge. The app controls also didn't work as advertised - I was hoping for an always open pop-up that allowed me to control volume and other settings, but instead the always-on popup didn't really do anything, it was just in the way. Very disappointed.
