This had very poor drying power. I returned it.

When I plugged the blow dryer in it did not come on I tried multiple sockets just incase, still didn't come on. Product does not work at all, I was really looking forward to using it 😒

This was great at first but stopped working after only 2 months!!

After a week using it, it started smelling like burn, so I threw it in the trashcan. This was the second time I bought the same kind. I honestly, don’t have the time to return, call, or figure out how to get a refund. I didn’t want to deal with it.

I used it twice and it died. I waited a whole month for this thing. When I used it, it smelled like something was burning and I hoped that it wasn’t my hair. By the third try, it stopped working. Do not buy!

I like it so far. It's not a very thick handle nor heavy so it's easy to use. Dries my hair quick. Edit: what I said above was true but the company sent me mail asking for a 5 star review and if i do I'll get a gift card. I did so but never got the gift card. So beware of the reviews. Plus, I just got a recall email on this product! Not safe to use and they told me to throw it away.

It worked for 10 minutes then it slowly started to over heat and it stopped working .. I just got it today too and was super excited to do my hair .. now only part of it is dry ..

I used thus once and it was pretty much fine like a month ago, I stored it well and plugged it in today, less than a minute after plugging it, smoke started coming out!!! The battery was so hot. Worst experience ever, was looking forward to using this on my hair today.

I bought this item 3 times. The first time for me and I love it, second time for my sister. The third time I ordered this as a gift to my mom, it was already opened and had black hair in it. So embarrassing!!!!!
