Size is a bit smaller than expected. 32" waist and mediums are a bit tight. Additionally, for taggless briefs, these aren't very comfortable. The material is sewn around the waistband in a way that leaves a rough edge all the way around the waist. Update: After a few months with these, they just seem to get worse and worse. I can barely stand to wear them, they are so uncomfortable. I've attached a picture of the waistband. As you can see, the material is sewn directly to the rustic waistband leaving a very rough edge. It's downright painful at times.

I already owned some Comfort Soft boxer briefs by Hanes and they are my favorite. I wanted to get some more so I ordered this set. I ordered the same size as I am currently wearing and they don't fit. In addition, it feels like sandpaper on your skin. Absolutely horrible product and definitely nothing soft about this at all. Hanes completely gave up on this and obviously chose a cheaper material. Very disappointed and this will be the last product I buy from Hanes. They obviously don't care anything about quality or comfort.

I bought some of these a few years ago in a store. They were soft and comfy with a fit that was more relaxed than briefs but not so loose as boxers. Great for sleeping in or casual wear. So when those started getting old I didn't hesitate to buy more online. The ones I got here are tight, almost like my compression sports underwear. And the texture is rough, abrasive. The construction varies from pair to pair even in the same package with some having longer legs, some shorter, some tighter. The stitching on the waistband is particularly abrasive. I finally just threw them all in the trash because it wasn't worth the effort to return them. Are these actually Hanes or are they counterfeit? If they are Hanes, SHAME on you for letting such a horrible, substandard product on the market with your name on it! You need to FIRE whoever thought changing your production this way would be a good idea! If they are counterfeit, Hanes needs to tell Amazon to shut these people down before they ruin Hanes reputation!
