These JLab exec are crap keeps falling out and my callers said I always sound muffled.. I would give 0 or negative stars

When they work the jlab jbud air executive are great, but they NEVER work! Worst wireless earbuds on the market, do not waste your hard earned money.

It just stopped working. Barely used them. Did all the troubleshooting. Almost no information on them either. Don't buy this trash.

Nice product, but after 3 months of occasional usage, they can only receive signal in line of sight up to 3 feet.

After a month they started to disconnect from each other and connectivity with devices became terrible. They connect and disconnect every 3 to 4 seconds.

The left side would not charge or connect to the other earbud. There wasn't even any sound.

Can't even make them pair with my android. Not Happy.

Would not stay in my ear hard time connecting

Literally just received this product. Used it all of 30 mins. Right earphone completely dies. Do not buy this.
