Didn’t even get a chance to rate the sound quality as they were too big to fit into my sons ear

Bought these for my wife last July, mainly for listening to audio books. All worked fine for a few months but recently the Bluetooth range has dropped to a few feet and the left earpiece won't connect. Followed all the commands in the user guide for reset, but nothing working.

The product is advertised as ANC , however this model does not have Active Noise Cancellation. Jlab does have an ANC enabled version at almost same price with great reviews. I ordered the product from Nicotel-DE - Internet & Festnetz. Unfortunately I can't return it as per return policy (I had to use it once to find out they don't have ANC). The Earphones are decent,but for same price or less yiu get updated model with ANC and this looks like false Marketing and borderline cheating on sellers part.

when they work they sound great problem is keeping the. connected to something longer than 10 minute , left one will just say good bye and shut off battery 100%full too!

Battery life is great however so uncomfortable

The earphones don't get very loud.

One of the earbuds (the left side) will not charge.

Left earbud would not pair with right after few hrs of use

Very poor design and difficult to use. Does not come with additional ear bud pads. Poor!

Looses left ear connectivity
