Great sound quality for the price. Good touch controls and case. Terrible durability. The earbuds sound very choppy when touched or brushed for a good minute. For the price not bad but do not expect these to last long.

Keeps falling out our ears.

Bass was almost nonexistent even in the bass eq mode with to much treble. When I tried with Netflix the volume was to low and the right bud keep going out of sync. I purchased these based off the great reviews, to bad the reviews were inaccurate. Returning them.

Battery life very low.

The sound quality of these earbuds is great, the noise cancellation is great, and I like the overall design and feel of them, but unfortunately they just don't really work. After going down to about 90% battery the left ear will begin to cut out intermittently. It's extremely distracting and frankly unusable.

They are not very loud at all. Far quieter than my 'plug in' apple headphones. Also they are way too big for my ears - they won't stay in.

These ear phones are great.. except the volume sucks I can barely hear anything music sounds like it is on the lowest setting and I can barely hear someone talking to me on the phone constantly asking them to repeat themselves because I can’t hear them.. don’t buy these unless you want to have problems hearing music and people

Sound great. I dont like the fit. Too big for my ears to fit in snuggly. I switched the tips to smallest size and still too big. Feel like they are going to fall out and loose them. Not for small ear canal! :(

Yeah, Same thing. These seemed like a good product, and I needed the Be Aware feature for ambient sound. Too bad the low output level could not give a full enough sound for music on my iphone, even when volume at max and using the tightest earpieces. I called cust. support and they had no fix, said to return them. Still looking for the features i mentioned.

Crappy I can't even turn my head w/o them acting up...I think they are either messed up ...also noticed that they are acting like hearing aid everything is louder I dropped something and it was loud as hell do something is off with these I would love to buy a new pair bc they are cool I think these are just a messed up pair.
