Sometimes they have bluetooth connections issues but disconnecting them and pairing them again usually fixes it

Good product but while im talking with this buds no one can hear me So i have to take them off and tern of the Bluetooth

ear buds didnt sit in ear properly due to design. the other j lab model fits much better

Looks can be deceiving, the Cowin KY02 are better than this by far. They are just collecting dust.

I bought these because I love the sports ones these are not even close to those. The sound quality and noise cancelation just isn’t there, really shocked as their other products really deliver

I loved these! The sound quality is good and I love the ability to cancel the noise or have awareness. However, the earbuds did not want to stay paired to my phone or each other.

Pick up entirely too much background noise on phone call. Callers on the other end complain about how loud background noises are and it drowns out my voice.

I purchased these earbuds, and within 2 days had to return it. My ears started paining if i put these on even for as less as 15 minutes. Size was slightly bigger than i expected, but they felt quite sturdy and very less chances of them to fall off under heavy regimes.
