Product did not turn on at all

Sound quality is very horrible, battery life 10 mins. Makes a echo sound when no music is playing..

This unit broke don’t sell this no more

Sound quality is terrible. Left earbud cuts off the whole time. The only good thing is they stay in your ear. I sent them back.

The BRAND NEW earbud cannot charge.

Send the message about a product issue to Jlab three times to want to replace it but didn't get any feedback.

I couldn’t get these earbuds to stay in my ears :(

None of the plugs provided were able to keep them securely in my ears. After three months the left one stopped working.

Order them they had good reviews they wouldn't charge or correct to my phone. Sended them back
