The left earbud doesn’t not work . i requested for item replacement but refused, i need to send back and wait for the refund now. Poor experience.

Earbuds will not sync with my iPhone

I ordered these because the are supposed to have good bass. The bass is weak even with the eq set on bass boost. Also they don't get loud. Returning them trying the Tozo T10's.

Sound quality is poor as well as Bluetooth connectivity. The regular $39 air buds sounds way better than these. I return and ask for replacement thinking I got a bad pair but the second was the same
