After 24 Hrs would not fully charge above med. Connection to anything very difficult.

Sound quality isn’t bad, but wish i could listen long enough to enjoy it. Right bud will not hold a charge. Turns on, says low battery, then turns off all within 2 minutes. Very unhappy.

Battery fully charged only lasts for five minutes, if you’re lucky, before going dead.

Noise cancelation was zero. Sound quality was trash. All the way up I could still barely hear. Trash. Never again

Was going to re buy jlabs earbud executive. but since they are making me pay return postage for a defective product. Never going to happen again. They work good for two weeks and then stopped charging right earbud

They work fine for a few weeks. I’m on my second pair and the return window just closed and, much like the first pair, the left ear started cutting out intermittently. Amazon please replace this defective (again) product!

The left earbud is not working, the sound in the right one is muffed and the equalizer is not eorking too. I want to replace it by good one.
