Out of the box these were amazing. Sound quality and levels were extremely impressive. However it's been 3 months and already I've lost at least 25% of the volume levels. Also connectivity can be hit or miss, which doesn't make a huge difference when listening to music (mostly volume consistency, some in and out) but effectively makes the headphones useless for phonecalls as it results in the microphone cutting out. The only thing that I'm still impressed with is the battery life. At least I haven't noticed if the quality dropping yet. In the search for an affordable set of wireless pods that will last, these don't add up.

The sound quality is good. However, it cuts out often. Also, it sends data to my devices - skipping to the next song or video without me prompting it to do so. Perhaps I have a defective one? I'm not sure but I'm wishing I purchased a different one. Jlab used to be awesome, but now I'm skeptical...

Not bad at all. I'd buy them again. Decent sound and decent quality.

I tried the JLab Air Executive wireless earbuds for a few days. My experience was they were great for phone calls, the fit was comfortable and I like the external microphones/audio pass through function that allows you to hear your surroundings. I believe the much more expensive Jabra Elite/Elite Active 65 is the only other true wireless headset that has this feature. The music quality and battery life were also good but unfortunately the connectivity needs some work. I don't know which Qualcomm chip these have in them if any but the left earbud kept randomly disconnecting while the phone was only a couple feet or less from my face with no obstructions. Hopefully they will rectify this in a future version with a similar design and similar price.

I gave these earbuds to my teenage grandson yesterday, and both of us were disappointed to discover that the left one would not charge. I have returned them and reordered, hoping for a pair that actually works. He was very excited to receive them, and if they both work as expected I will update this review. Update: Both earbuds of the second pair charged. Here’s hoping they continue to work well!

These headphones have a ton of potential from their design to their features. that being said, the headphones just have too many connectivity issues. There are several workarounds that you must discover to keep both earbuds balanced. If you change a song or there is too long of a time frame when no audio is playing, once the audio returns it is stronger in the right ear than the left. The best way to fix this is to pause the song using the headphones touch gesture and then start again. But man this is very annoying to do for every song change. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone considering the issues that it causes the customer. Again, a lot of potential though if they can figure out a consistent connectivity solution

I would have given these earbuds a 4 or 5 star review as they worked great, sound was fantastic including deep bass and how seamlessly i could switch from audio to answering phone calls and FINALLY my voice didn't sound like I was under water. Also, using the blue earbud accessories helped the fit tremendously, very comfortable. I purchased these in April but in late July, I'm not sure what went wrong, my right earbud will not work no matter that i've charged to 100% and followed set up instructions. Awaiting assistance from JLABS support team...will update soon, i hope!

I purchased these for the promise of better microphone call quality. Although these did perform better than others, the people on the other end still had trouble hearing me. As far as fit, I could not get these to stay in my ears no matter what tips I had on. I even tried removing the rubber covers to no avail. These began to hurt my ears after a brief period of use. I will say the sound quality is pretty good and you can get good bass if they are really jammed tightly in your ears but this for me made them even more uncomfortable. The best part of these is the design of the case which is functional and elegant. I love the innovation of the built in charging cable. Sadly, I did not decide these weren’t for me into the return window had closed.

The quality of sound is very good. Distance from phone is really good (was able to move about 50 feet from phone and they stayed paired) voice communication is clear. Lots of background noise when using on the phone. left bud disconnects and reconnects to right bud often. hear ear buds paired voice often. The jbuds are used as a hand free navigation devise while driving. The Jbuds are not comfortable to wear for extended periods and in some cases very painful no matter which ear canal piece is used. When a comfortable position was found the jbuds would just fall out over a period of time. The right bud charge indicator will blink much longer than the left every time they are placed in the base for charging.

I bought these after thorough research into sub-$100 earbuds. The review on soundguys.com convinced me to pull the trigger. I am writing this review AFTER having used these daily for 30 days, AND after having just purchased and received the Anker Liberty Air 2 earbuds (which are available sub $100 now). Pros: -Nice touch controls -Sound is FINE (very bass heavy) -Cool case with integrated charge cable -Foam tips Cons: -Much heavier than the Liberty Air 2s -All included tips, including the foam, became uncomfortable after about an hour for my average sized ears. This is very apparent in comparison to the Liberty Air 2s which are both extremely lightweight and comfortable inserted. -Microphones became full of static after 31 days of use - had to return since my Zoom calls were now unacceptable
