When they work, they work awesome! However... the first pair i bought lasted about 2 weeks before the cinnection broke and they were glitchy. And the battery died extremely fast. They would charge overnight but only to 50%. Bought a new pair and have worked great. I bought a second pair (third purchase) so i had a backup set. SAME THING AS THE FIRST- except they were shot on day one. Didnt charge. Died quick. Poor connection. So i bought a fourth pair and so far no issues. I love them when they work. Fits nice cancels well and last quite a while.

These earbuds were perfect until I found something better, you see most times when we review products we just review that product we don't do a side by side comparison and we simply review what we have at hand and declare it a winner. The Jlabs Air Executive were the very best earbuds on Amazon and that was until I found something better. The Air Executives aren't terrible but they do lack some key features the built in equalizer offers the ability to tweak the sound coming from the buds but the buds lack any real punch, they don't have enough volume to make the equalizer worth the effort. The touch controls are responsive, the buds have a nice snug fit and decent passive noise isolation they even have a pass-through mode all great features but at a cost. The buds have a pretty decent sound platform but nothing stands out and the EQ settings don't do much to change that and even if the buds were able to reproduce booming bass that lack of volume would render that function moot. They're a nice set of earbuds that had great potential but never really lived up to the expectations.

I am a virtual instructor and these headphone will only make it approximately 1.5 hour before dying. Great sound quality but I cannot wear them throughout an entire class without charging during breaks.

I used these for a little more than a year. I used them until I found them to not be worth the trouble. I don't regret buying them since they didn't cost as much as other wireless earbuds but they were certainly not the best. So look: the battery life was good, no connectivity issues to complain about, sound quality was decent (not great but not bad by any means), and the few times I used them during a phone call they actually did work moderately good. I ended up throwing them away after a little more than a year because they just had been worn out from normal wear and tear too much. The foam ear piece was in tatters, the battery life had diminished, and the left ear bud stopped working sometimes. To me it was worth the $40 for the life I got out of them but my next wireless ear bud purchase might be from a different company.

Occasionally the earplugs loses audio. & frequently falls out of my ear.

I was looking for a more affordable alternative to AirPods when I purchased these. $40 and I figured I’d give them a shot. Sound quality is average at best. Everything sounds monotone, even with three options. The volume doesn’t get loud enough, and even maxed out I can hear the house music at the gym still. Spend your money elsewhere.

I love the air go but these executives are kinda if-y. they disconnect from each other so it sounds wierd when you have them both on. Then somtimes one will just go out. I bought these for my office and planned on them being primary and my year old go air to be my backup but the go air are the most consistent by far. they never disconnect from each other nor the phone. the executives have great sound compared to the go air of course they cost more but still i'll put up with a little muddy sound that plays all the time vs a model that claims longer battery life and cuts out from time to time

I wanted to love these because I have been seeking non-AirPod in-ear buds with a decent microphone for awhile now. I prefer buds where you can use either independently, and these do not do this — only the right bud can be used mono — but the “be-aware” audio that allows ambient sounds to pass through made up for this I thought, so I went ahead and bought them. The microphone was great sometimes. In some calls, I was told it sounded like a regular call. In others, I was told it sounded like I was in a tube or something... also got comments I sounded robotic. So the mic quality was inconsistent... but the worst thing was that I could not take or make calls using the earbuds when “be-aware” was on... it would just come through on the phone itself and I could not switch to the earbuds and sometimes my earbuds would just lose connection completely. There were several other instances of the phone disconnecting as well. Finally, these things were super uncomfortable. They’re huge and round, and my ears are not that round. Overall, I’m very disappointed as I had high hopes for a product from a well known brand. I returned the buds and won’t try JLab JBuds again... I’ve gone back to my Mifo 05’s that have their issues, but are far superior overall and around the same price.

One of the earbuds never worked. I had to send it back.

They were dead when I revived them, they never fully charged. After 10 minutes they would die.
