Great budget earbuds

Great sound for price not dissatisfied at all. Works great for watching tv hooks right up to my Firestick so the wife can sleep. Also hooks up to my iPhone instantly. You will be pleased for the price. Play time vary based on how loud you play them. I’m averaging 5.5 hours. Jlab rocks great products made with the average person in mind. Not everyone can spend $170 for earbuds.

Great battery life. Okay sound.

I haven't really had to charge these since I got them and I use them daily at work.( the charger case not the individual earbuds, but they haven't died on me yet while wearing them or even gotten to low battery after 4hrs or more of use) so very satisfied with the battery life would give 11/10. The sound quality is fine, I cant tell very well because my spotify doesn't play music right anymore lol. I'm sure they sound better on other music apps I just haven't tried. My boyfriend has a different brand for a lot cheaper with amazing sound quality so that's the main reason I didnt give them a 5 star for sound quality. As for noise cancelling they're pretty nice can still hear someone is speaking but cant make out what they're saying. Overall I think they're a bit on overpriced side but not gonna complain since they met most of my expectations and the batter is awesome

Good ear buds, but far from perfect

Update I have another pair finally, the control features are much better. Their is still the issue with not the best fit, but it could be my ears or just finding the right tips. I wouldn't say I love them, but they serve my purpose of good sound quality and listen to music Pros 1. Sound quality is good. Great for listening to music or talking. 2. Range is great. Sometimes I'm amazed they're still connected. 3. I like the look very sleek, charging case could be smaller but not a deal breaker. Cons: 1. Comfort these things continued to worked their way out of my ear. Reached out to Jlab and they sent me more cushions no charge. So they fit better, the comfort is ok. 2. Control functions not working properly. For example it's 3 taps on the left earbud to change equalizer settings, but sometimes it takes 8 taps or more. Or it'll just do something else like ask for Google assistant instead. Figured it's a defect. 3. I really like the headphones so I was willing to replace them with another pair. However, it's taking almost 2 weeks for them to even process the replacement. For that reason I'm done. 4. Right ear bud is dominant, the left ear bud will not work without the right ear bud out of the case. So you can't listen to the left while the right one charges.

Good for the price

I’ve had a pair of these for about 3 yrs. Sound quality is decent. I like VERY loud music, these aren’t very loud to me, others may say different. I drive trucks for a living and there’s a lot of background noise, these do a decent job of canceling out the background noise. Make sure you register your device, JLabs is pretty good about warranty replacement. I’ve had 3 pair and only paid for one. Don’t think that’s a negative, I use my ear buds everyday, for 8-10 hrs a day. A charge last about 5-6 hours of straight streaming of music at full volume. 15 minutes of charging gives you about and additional hour of use. There are several options to get a good fit in your ear. Silicone and foam, I prefer the foam as it seals out outside noise, making the music or voices louder/clearer in the buds. One thing I don’t like is the super short charging cable attached to the case.

So far, So good. No real complaints

I have enjoyed the time I have been using these earbuds. The "white" brand earbuds do not fit in my ear well, nor stay in when I try to wear them. These fit fine with the correct size mold is used for my ear. The sound quality has been good. I listen to a broad range of music and everything I listen to sounds fine. These are not bass heavy. I wouldn't mind a little more bass in fact but again, not a big complaint. I typically use these at the gym, or at my kid's games when I don't want to listen to other parents. An hour here, or an hour there is a normal period of time they would be in use. Then they go back in the charging case. I noticed recently when the charging case battery gets low, the earbuds will say they are fully charged but they start exhibiting a weird issue - the sounds of the music will seemingly go from the right ear to the left ear and then back to the right ear, before it will cut out for a split second. Then it repeats this cycle over and over. Obviously this becomes annoying pretty quickly. Fully charging the charging case resolved the issue so I will see if this symptom repeats itself the next time the charging case battery gets low. At the end of the day, these earbuds are great for the price. If you do not need to have white things sticking out of your ear, more for the status than the music, these are a great alternative and much cheaper.

Good connectivity and battery, low volume

I got these to replace lost airpods - received as gifts and appreciated, though never sought. They make a serviceable replacement, and I'm mostly satisfied with them, with a few caveats and thoughts. Some pros: the battery life is great. The case is substantial and the faux-leather cover make it fairly slip-resistant, which is nice. The earbuds themselves are comfortable to wear and the touch controls are easy to use. The sound is decent - they are just earbuds, after all - and they're unobtrusive-looking. As for cons, the max volume is pretty low. This is usually not a problem, but as I often bike with one earbud in and a podcast or audiobook, the wind can make this low volume a real problem. Second, the audio does not stop upon taking an earbud out of your ear - only if you put the right earbud in the case. So while the earbud makes its trip from ear to case, it's still playing. Not ideal, but not terrible. What's more annoying is that if you're a single-ear listener, with these you can only be a right-ear listener. The right earbud controls connection to your device so there's no way to listen just on the left earbud with the right earbud in the case - at least as far as I can tell. One piece of advice if you do get these: there are the rubber ear tips, and then another rubber piece covering the body of the earbuds. I don't know what the purpose of this second rubber cover is, but get rid of them. You'll probably lost them anyway, and they can sometimes cause the earbuds to not make a solid connection with the charging contacts in the case. Lose 'em. Now, if I lost these, would I replace them with the same model? I can't say. The volume ceiling makes me think that no, I wouldn't. But I'd consider it.

I love these working in a machine shop.

All thumbs up, except, they don’t seem to be too durable. If they fall out and hit the ground, the touch sensors seem to quit working.

Great for the price I paid.

I purchased the refurbished version. I like the look of the buds and case. Awareness mode is pretty cool and works well. Only downside is I have a difficult time keeping them in my ears. It's not the fault of the buds, I've had this issue in past with other brands as well. I'm satisfied and feel I got a good product at a great price.

A very good sounding product

The noise cancelling isn't all that great but as long as I can hear and talk to what or who's on my phone I'm good just wish that I could use the left one while the right one recharges.
