I recently bought a 2011 KIA Sorento, and while the car overall is nice the seats are terrible. After about 6 weeks, my tailbone started to hurt so I got this product. After a week of using it, my problems are all gone. I weight 190, and this material worked well for me. However, the inner material does compress a lot when you sit on it. If you are over 200, you may want to consider something a little stiffer as you will probably not feel much cushion. This has not lost its shape at all after 6 weeks of daily use (only in car). I don't think the ridges in the front are good or bad, as the foam compresses too much to notice its effect. The open area in the back so your tailbone can float is terrific, and I believe that really helped a lot in this design. From a texture standpoint, the outer layer is nice and soft, and feels like a light blanket. I have only used it in the fall, so not sure how it will feel in the summer (in the Texas heat!). Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase.

Really makes sitting comfortable. .May be buying another for my mother..

This cushion has helped with my back problems. It is comfortable and well made. The only suggestion I would have is it be a bit larger in depth from the front of the cushion to the back of it. This is no fault of the cushion. It would just fit better in my desk chair, when I am using my lumbar support pillow as well. I find using the two pillows I often need to adjust the comfort seat pillow. I sit often for extended periods of time working on Zentangle Inspired Art, and this cushions has helped to alleviate much of the back pain that would set in. I really like this cushion. I have chronic back problems and this cushion has been an immense help and brought much relief.

I have had a herniated disc in my back for years now. With many visits to chiropracters, pain management, etc.. This cusion has made the difference in my life. I have a sportier suv and live in the city with construction 24/7, so the roads suck. It did take me a few days to get used to the cusion with my ride height change, but within a week, It honestly cut down 45% of my pain from rides to work and school. It feels like i'm riding in a cadillac on my butt now! I use it with a lumbar support also, this seat is worth the money!!!!!!! I just became a loyal customer to this product for life, I even recommend it to family which is saying a lot! Will vouch anytime for this product! I will say to make sure the measurements of the cusion work with your seat, I have a small sport seat and it fits fine.

I got this for my Dad awhile back because he had massive lower back pain and needed something to help while he was working in giant office at home. To this day he’s still using it. Now I’m the one suffering with severe lower back issues and I am doing physical therapy and trying to avoid a spinal fusion. I can’t afford to order one of these right now but it’s in my list to get another’s one for myself. Totally worth the money and they last and most importantly they HELP.

I wish I'd have purchased this year's ago! I do a lot of long distance driving and I have degenerative disc disease and arthritis in my sacral iliac joint, so long distance travel is a killer. By hour 3 I feel like crying. That's pretty bad when you've got a 9-12 hour drive in one day. I'm sore for days after. Recently I had a 10 Jr drive and 3 days later a 6 hour drive and then 2 days later a 12 hour drive and I had received this the day before I left. 6 hours into my first drive I realized that I still had NO PAIN! I was pain free! It was a miracle! I didn't even start to hurt until about the 9th hour of driving. Now I want to buy one of these for everyone I know with back pain. Don't hesitate to buy this if you have low back pain. It really helps! A lot! You won't be dissapointed!

I've now had this cushion for a little more than a year and a half. I use it only on the primary seat I use, an office chair. When I started using this, I had terrible pain in the coccyx. In the short run, the cushion at least helped me in the one chair where I used it, and I noticed that after a short period of a few weeks, I could tolerate other seats longer. Now, a year and a half later, I have no pain whatsoever. Whether it simply went away on its own or the cushion is responsible, I don't care. It's gone, and I believe the cushion played a significant role.

This cushion is a miracle I am an aid on a school bus The suspension is horrible and you get tossed around quite a bit My lower back was always feeling the slamming of potholes and bad roads At first I didn't know how to get used to something so comfortable However it has been a tremendous relief and you could turn it around anyway you want and it doesn't loose it's shape You can adjust this all the time until you find a comfortable position and it stays with you. My lower back definitely feels a difference And don't have to go to the chiropractor as often Come September this will be the first thing I grabbed when I go into school for the first day Thank you

This product will probably not fix serious medical conditions, it is designed to relieve pressure off your sciatic nerve and other parts of the back; and it does that well in the proper conditions. I've been working on a computer from a hard uncomfortable chair for the past few months and it began to give me constant aches on my lower spine, I decided to give this thing a try as I'm sure that besides the pain; constant pressure on the spine is probably not good long term either. I tried this at the start of my work day and throughout the day and ever since I have had no issues, and that is what this product is designed to do. Also I had a mixup buying two of these from from a third party seller named "Aldrich Goldsmith" who sent me counterfeit products .. long story short I contacted these guys on Christmas Eve no less and the same day they got me squared away. I am very happy with this product and company as of right now.

This was bought for my partner who continually took pillows and cushions around the house to pile in the chair they were using. This is NOT a heavy person, but sitting comfortably without pain had become an issue. I took a shot in the dark after reading the description and ordered the cushion. On the day of delivery, I placed it in the dining room in the chair and waited for a reaction. What can I say? One happy camper from that day forward. The cushion goes from room to room and even to the car when a longer trip is planned. Especially the times spent at the computer are now "sitting pain-free". The cushion arrived ahead of the expected delivery date, was packaged quite well for delivery without damage. It's been in use for at least 3 weeks now and looks as good as the day it arrived.
