Just didn't do much for me. I ended up using it in the car as back support, which actually IS useful, so I can't totally scuttle the product. Not thick enough and not really very comfortable to sit on.

Purchased for my Grandmother who has back problems but the item is so hard she can sit on it without getting a sore behind. Wouldn't purchase product again due to it being rock hard.

Two stars at best. I don't get it..not that comfortable for me at all. Hard and not worth $40. Seems like it's well made well but for me it's not a keeper.

I did not find this helpful honestly threw away the boxing but i felt like it was a waste of money

Bought this hoping for some relief. The foam feels cheap. I sat on it once and it just collapsed and I haven't used it again. I just don't feel like I get the support I need from it.

Eh, was too large to put use in my car. Would only recommend for car use if you're really short and need a boost. This was a budget based purchase for me... Wish I had spent a little extra $ for something better than just a contoured foam pad

I loved the seat. Had surgery 3 weeks after arrival. Decided to wash the outside cover and the zipper hand disappeared and zipper is completely broken. I washed it alone on delicate cycle. Now I have a seat I truly needed and spent alot of time looking for. It is not much good to me like it is. I'm not gonna wag a torn-up seat to all my twins baseball games. Very disappointed that I spent that much $ on something that only lasted 3 weeks.

I'm currently using this on top of my cheap leather office chair which the foam has compressed enough to bottom out on the base of the chair. The foam in the Aylio Orthopedic sit pad is also really cheap, i've only been sitting in it for 4 hours and its already more uncomfortable than a plain old chair. The foam seems too soft in the center but more rigid along the outside so the edges create pressure points on your legs. Seems like they should have used denser foam in the center & tapered the edges near the legs to help transition to the chair edge. I'd like to try it on a different chair before completely swearing it off. Perhaps the pad works better on a more upright wooden chair like those used for dinner tables. There is a possibility that the pad performs better on a firm, flat surface versus the concave indent that is already present on my office chair. Not recommended for office chairs

While it did take away some pain. The seat was too think. Made my head hit the roof and I am 5ft 6in and I own a 2013 Mini van. Still looking for a better product. Over priced for a simple item that is not the best.

This came up in a search I did for a hemorrhoid seat. It shouldn't have come up, since there is no hole. Fortunately, I had also bought a Kubooti comfort seat and loved it, so this is on a shelf, and I bought another Kubooti. I do want to add something about what its for. At the time I was buying the seat, I was also dealing with some leg pain, that doctors initially thought was scatia, turned out it wasn't, but this seat was bad. It's not angled in anyway, and the end was pushing on one of my painful hamstring spots. I haven't tried to use it since the leg pain is gone, but I wanted to mention it.
